Submit Delegated Workout Reports

For loans that meet Enact's Servicer Delegated Program parameters, servicers are required to report workouts to Enact via one of the following applicable formats:

Individual Loan Submission (Non-Delegated Workout Files)

For workouts that do not fall under an Enact-approved delegated program, or if the workout option does not meet Enact’s Delegated Program parameters, submit the required documentation to Enact Homeowner Assistance via:
